ARVAKOR adjustable weight set supports dumbbell, barbell, kettlebell, and push-up exercise modes for home gym workouts. Its detachable components allow the configuration to be changed between modes.

The dumbbell grips use ABS material with a non-slip texture. The barbell bar has PE foam covering, while the push-up plate has a rubber bottom.
