This policy applies to new orders placed at toolnexora.tech, operated by Tool Nexora LLC. Orders already placed retain their confirmed charges and applicable terms.
Shipping rates
Merchandise subtotal under $35: $5.95 flat shipping.
Merchandise subtotal of $35 or more: FREE shipping.
The threshold is calculated before discount codes. There are no surcharges for large or heavy items. Review the final total at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery
Processing: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Transit: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated time: 3–5 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded. Orders placed on these days begin processing on the next business day. Carrier delays may extend estimates. We contact you if an item is delayed.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally or to freight forwarders. Oversized items cannot be sent to P.O. boxes.
Order tracking
We provide shipment tracking after dispatch. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's first scan. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact support with your order number.
Incorrect addresses
Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs correction. We can only change an address before shipment; a parcel cannot be redirected once dispatched.
Lost, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos. We provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you under our Returns & Refunds policy.
