Ordering and payment
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Provide accurate contact, shipping and billing information and review your selected product options before paying.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Your final total is shown before payment and payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout. An order awaiting payment is not a paid order.
An order is accepted when we send shipment confirmation. We may cancel or limit fraudulent orders, reseller orders or orders containing a pricing error. If money has been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable refund is returned to the original payment method.
Pricing and availability
We aim to provide accurate information but errors may occur. If product information or a price is incorrect, we may refuse or cancel the order and refund any payment collected. Any comparison prices must be read with their stated context. Colors can vary between screens.
Shipping
New orders ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $5.95 below a $35 merchandise subtotal and free from $35, calculated before discounts, with no size or weight surcharges. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days including processing. See Shipping for exclusions and tracking information.
Returns and refunds
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we pay for damaged, defective or incorrect items. No restocking fees apply. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after return receipt and inspection. Opened consumables, personal-care items and food are excluded unless faulty as described in that policy.
Product use and safety
Read and follow manufacturer instructions, warnings and load ratings. Use products only as intended. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the terms supplied with that product; contact us for product-specific information.
Website use and intellectual property
Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful activity. Product trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Applicable consumer protection law continues to apply.
Changes and existing orders
Updates apply to orders placed after publication. Previously placed orders keep their confirmed prices, charges and applicable terms.
