Overview

The Blackstone E-Series electric tabletop griddle includes a wheeled, counter-height cart with a side shelf for mobility and storage. It is designed for indoor and outdoor cooking.

The griddle has two independent cooking zones, an EZ-Touch control dial, and a large LCD digital display. A removable rotate-and-remove glass hood helps trap heat for cooking and steaming.
