The Blackstone E-Series 17-inch electric tabletop griddle has a 238-square-inch ceramic-titanium coated cooking surface for indoor or outdoor cooking. Its rotate-and-remove glass hood traps heat for cooking and steaming.

The griddle has an EZ-Touch control dial, large LCD display, and rear grease management system with a dishwasher-safe grease cup.
