The Blackstone 36-inch ProSeries Griddle Cooking Station with Hood provides a 756-square-inch griddle surface for outdoor cooking. It has four independently controlled cooking zones, a built-in cabinet and drawers, and two side shelves.

The cooking station includes a rolled steel griddle top, stainless steel tube burners, rear grease management, and two industrial strength wheels. Convenience features include a paper towel holder, side shelf hooks, and a magnetic tool bar.
