Overview

IFAST balance trainer features a 23" half-ball dome with a 660LB weight capacity. The dome can be used side up or down for balance, core, stability, yoga, and fitness workouts.

The trainer has a corrugated anti-slip surface, six 360-degree anti-slip rubber feet, and an ABS base. Included resistance bands have grip handles.
