Overview

The Presto Precise digital pressure canner automates home canning with a digital interface and LED step indicators. It also functions as a boiling water canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, and salsa.

An integrated sensor detects and holds the processing temperature for the required time. The removable pot supports water removal and cleaning after canning.
