Overview

This Professional Style electric deep fryer has a 21 cup or 5 liter oil capacity and an XL chrome-plated frying basket for frying up to 13 cups of food at once.

The enamel-coated oil tank has an easy-pour spout. The tank, cooking basket, and lid are dishwasher safe. A lid with view window covers food during cooking, and the basket hook holds food over the oil tank for draining.
